Product Description

Biogas fermentation, also called anaerobic digestion or anaerobic fermentation, refers to the process in which organic matter (such as human, livestock and poultry manure, straw, weeds, etc.) is decomposed and metabolized by various microorganisms under the certain water, temperature, and anaerobic conditions, ultimately forming combustible mixed gases.

The commonly used anaerobic treatment processes currently include UASB, EGSB, CSTR, IC, ABR, UBF, etc. CSTR digester is mainly used for the production of Biogas.

Technical Features

(1) The process can handle raw materials with high suspended solids content.

(2) The material in the reactor is evenly distributed, making the material and microorganisms fully contact.
(3) Used internal circulation scum breaking and stirring system, to avoid the tough cover on the liquid surface of the reactor.
(4) Used waste heat of biogas power generation to heat system, help to improve the gas production rate and save investment.
(5) The reactor covers less land and lower cost, one of the most advanced anaerobic reactors in the world.

Application Fields

(1) Applied to slaughter wastewater, treatment of livestock and poultry manure in cattle, pig, chicken and other farms, biogas production and power generation projects.

(2) High-concentration organic wastewater treatment projects with more SS, such as urban domestic sludge, kitchen waste, fruit and vegetable waste, etc.
