Project Overview
The area of this project is about 87 acres. Total volume of anaerobic tank is 30000M³, 6X5000M3.
The project handles approximately 183000 tons of livestock and poultry manure and 45000 tons of yellow stored straw annually.
The annual production is about 10 million NM3 biogas, 13500Tons solid organic fertilizer and about 177900 tons biogas slurry fertilizer.
Treatment Process
The processing system mainly includes material storage unit, pretreatment and feeding unit, anaerobic fermentation unit,
solid-liquid separation unit, organic fertilizer processing unit, and biogas purification and utilization unit.
This project adopts a combination of wet and dry feeding, with straw using dry feeding and livestock manure using wet feeding mode.
This project adopts a medium temperature CSTR anaerobic fermentation process.
Treatment Capacity
After biogas purification, daily power generation is about 43200 KW·H and steam production of 60 tons.
