Project Overview
This biogas Project can produce 30000 tons of organic fertilizer and process 120000 tons of manure and 7000 tons of crop straw annually.
This project can produce 8.5 million M3 of biogas annually and 14000M3 of natural gas daily, connected to the municipal gas pipeline network.
This project can replace 6069 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 3600 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 4386 tons.
Treatment Process
The processing system includes material storage unit, pretreatment and feeding unit, anaerobic fermentation unit, solid-liquid separation unit, organic fertilizer processing unit, and biogas purification and utilization unit.
This project adopts a medium temperature CSTR anaerobic fermentation process. Total volume of anaerobic tank is 20000M³, 4X5000M3.
The biogas decarbonization process adopts high-pressure water scrubbing process

This project has an annual output of 30000 tons of solid organic fertilizer and 50000 tons of biogas slurry fertilizer.
